The latest instalment in a trilogy of shows inspired by Em’s own life, Em Stroud: Navigating Life is a hilarious and heartfelt exploration of what happens when we stop trying to control everything and simply ‘be’. Blending high-energy stand-up, improvisation and clowning, the show moves seamlessly from razor-sharp comedy to moments of genuine vulnerability, all delivered through Em’s signature energy and joy. From therapy to parenting, marriage to motorbikes: no topic is off-limits in this hilarious journey of self-discovery.

Created in collaboration with acclaimed director Didi Hopkins (who has worked with Miles Jupp and Eddie Izzard), the show combines fearless audience interaction, warmth and bold honesty. Following a sellout preview off London’s West End in 2024, it is now touring the UK.
Audience members have described the evening as “life-affirming”, “uplifting” and “a giggle from start to finish”, with many saying they “didn’t want it to end” and could happily have listened to Em for much longer.

Praise for 'Navigating Life':

“Em’s storytelling is the driving force of the show, delivered with an engaging ease that really draws you in from the start… Em Stroud has a lovely stage presence and a natural ability to hold attention; she is a performer you could happily listen to for far longer. The time flies by and it genuinely feels a shame when the show comes to an end… funny, engaging, thoughtful and disarmingly honest — a production that lingers in the mind”
